I recently completed my IBT with Mick Finlay. Being new to motorbikes I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. Mick is very practical and keeps instructions clear and precise with a high focus on safety. It was a very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend Mick if you are thinking of becoming a biker.

I have recently complete my IBT with Mick Finlay and I have to say he is such a great guy to learn from. Even though the course consist of IBT training he also provides you with future life biking skills. Truly a great man to make learning fun. Thanks Mick for an awesome experience and your patience.

I completed my IBT course with Mick Finlay in December 2016. I have never driven a car, nor a bike before so was admittedly a rather nervous student. I always had a passion to be able to ride a bike safely and take myself around the country with the wind in my face. I searched around for quite some time and eventually found Mick, it was the best decision I could have made. I was also rather lucky he had the time, over a few weekends in the month of December to take me under his wing. I was rather scared but also deep down I knew I really wanted to succeed. Mick was incredibly patient with me, where most would have snapped and given up on me. I was a slow learner, and it took hours for me to get to grips with stopping and starting the bike - Mick was so good at making me feel comfortable and I did eventually manage to proceed to completing the course. Not at any point did he rush me, and ended up staying extra time with me until he was comfortable with my progress. I could not recommended him enough!

Mick took me under his wing for Basic training and and then the AXA insurance advanced training module which he is approved to teach and and means cheap insurance when complete! I booked Mick for a pre test refresher course last week ( 1st bike driving test ) and pretty much got an A plus thanks to Mick. He is a super teacher and I looked forward to his lessons. just compleated my training with mick Finlay in Kildare yesterday and what can I say this man is A legend . He made me feel comfortable and relaxed right from the get go. all his bikes are in tip-top condition and The man has bags of knowledge and a wide range of skills to offer any rider . THANKS again mick for an enjoyable but educational few day.

Did my IB T training with Mick Finlay in October.Can't recommend Mick highly enough. He was very professional and very safety conscious. Also a great teacher very hands on and was prepared to hop on the bike and show the right way! Mick also has a great sense of humour and made the experience very enjoyable..thanks !!!

I completed my IBT with Mick Finlay there last week and I couldn't be happier with the service that he provided. I was looking around at different instructors for quite some time but I was delighted that I went with him. He has a very hands on approach and it was great being taught by someone with amazing expertise and who is passionate about bikes. I'm sure I'll see him again!

I've done the IBT training with Mick Finlay two months ago and really cannot recommend him enough. He's been very patient and optimistic when it came to my level of skill. He's guided me and gave me a lot of confidence to get on the bike. Can't wait to go back for the pre-test classes.
