  • These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in Road Training programs.
  • Road Training reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Training Services

  • All training programs must be booked in advance.
  • Participants must meet the minimum legal requirements set by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) or relevant local authorities.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to arrive on time with the required documents and protective equipment.

3. Payments & Cancellations

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.
  • No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.

4. Safety Requirements

  • All participants must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during training.
  • Road Training reserves the right to refuse participation if a rider is deemed unfit or unsafe to continue.

5. Liability

  • While Road Training ensures the highest safety standards, participation is at your own risk.
  • Road Training is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising during training sessions unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

7. Governing Law
