- Participants must meet the minimum legal requirements set by the Road Safety Authority (RSA) or relevant local authorities.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to arrive on time with the required documents and protective equipment.
3. Payments & Cancellations
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.
- No refunds will be given for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Safety Requirements
- All participants must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during training.
- Road Training reserves the right to refuse participation if a rider is deemed unfit or unsafe to continue.
5. Liability
- While Road Training ensures the highest safety standards, participation is at your own risk.
- Road Training is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising during training sessions unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
